Portable Benchtop KAMA Bandsaw

The AD 150S Kama bandsaw is a little bench top workhorse capable of any
cutting job up to 4” round or square at 90°. Like it’s big brother, the EV 996
bandsaw, the heart of this machine is a heavy duty, precision machined aluminum
casting onto which is mounted a high power motor and double gear reduction drive
train, all working together to provide power and vibration free precision from
the bandsaw blade to the cutting point. This bandsaw is much more than a
portable bandsaw mounted on a base. It’s accuracy is unrivaled by any small
bandsaw, regardless of price. There area hundreds and hundreds of these great
little saws in small shops and construction companies all over the U.S., Canada
and Mexico. They are just as accurate as the bigger EV 996. The quality of
construction and cutting accuracy are identical to the EV 996 Kama Bandsaw. |
Features of the AD 105S KAMA Bandsaw

Please note: although you can use a Portaband blade with this machine, a
standard Portaband blade thickness is only .020” The AD105S is designed to use a
blade with .025” thickness which give much greater beam strength for square cuts
and accurate mitering. These blades are widely available from good industrial
blade suppliers or you can order from us. The AD105S comes standard with an 8-12
tooth variable pitch bi-metal blade and workstop. |
