      Mechanical Backgauge

             

The mechanical backgauge is used as a backstop for repetitive cutting.

FEATURES

  • Bolts on with no machine modifications.
  • Easy access of sheared material.
  • Backgauge material stop allows for infinite length adjustment.
  • Backgauge carriage utilizes a compression sleeve for positive locking and no marring of the gauge bar.
  • Chromed 2" diameter, solid gauge bar allows easy gauge adjustment, provides rigidity, and resists corrosion.
  • Accomodates the angle, plate, and round bar shear sections.
  • Backgauge lengths are available in 3', 6', 9', and 12'. The 9' and 12' lengths come standard with a support leg.
  • Mecanical backgauge available for any model single or dual operator ironworker.
  • Electrical backgauges available for models P50, P70, P90, PII-65, PII-88, PII-110, and PII-140.
