The Versagraph Millennium utilizes heavy-duty 22KG per meter (optional 37KG per meter) triple machined rail supported by a manufactured 12" H-beam support system.

The Versagraph Millennium has an easy to use, easy to service; operator touch screen and PLC interface. This machine uses oxy/fuel, plasma, and marking processes and easily expands up to 10 cutting tools.

The machine's rigid structure and accompanying rack and pinion drive system support rapid traverse speeds of 800 inches per minute while maintaining required accuracies at cutting speeds.

Koike Aronson realizes that customers have their own preferences so the Versagraph Millennium was designed to be flexible. The Versagraph Millennium is available with Burny, Hypertherm Automation, and Promotion CNCs. The Versagraph Millennium also utilizes Hypertherm, InnerLogic and Thermal Dynamics plasma cutting systems.
