The Koike Aronson, Inc. Mastergraph Millennium is a dual side AC servo drive, gantry-cutting machine. Cutting widths range from 5 to 12 feet and standard cutting lengths range from 14 to 100 feet.

The Mastergraph Millennium Series moves along its longitudinal axis on Koike's highly accurate 22kg, triple machined rails. A 12" manufactured H-beam supports the rail system.

Koike Aronson, Inc. can supply either water or down draft-cutting tables for use with this system. Engineering drawing packages for cutting tables are also available.

The Mastergraph Millennium has an easy to use, easy to service; operator touch screen and PLC interface. This machine uses oxy/fuel, plasma, and marking processes and is easily expandable up to 8 cutting tools.

The machine's rigid structure and accompanying rack and pinion drive system support rapid traverse speeds of 700 inches per minute while maintaining required accuracies at cutting speeds.

Koike Aronson realizes that customers have their own preferences so the Mastergraph Millennium was designed to be flexible. The Mastergraph Millennium is available with Burny, Hypertherm Automation, and Promotion CNCs. The Mastergraph Millennium also utilizes Hypertherm, Innerlogic and Thermal Dynamics plasma cutting systems.
