The Mastergraph II Millennium Series rigid frame consists of a steel beam supported with two large drive trucks. The Mastergraph II Millennium Series moves along its longitudinal axis on Koike's highly accurate 22kg, triple machined rails. A 12" manufactured H-beam supports the rail system.

Koike Aronson, Inc. can supply either water or downdraft cutting tables for use with this system. Engineering drawing packages for cutting tables are also available.

The featured control on the Mastergraph II Millennium Series is the PC-based KARCNC Plus by Koike Aronson, Inc. The operating system on the KARCNC Plus is Microsoft XP. The KARCNC Plus utilizes two microprocessors, one processor is dedicated to programming and the other is dedicated to motion, making true multi-tasking possible.

The KARCNC Plus features a 12.1" TFT SVGA color flat panel display. Communication with the KARCNC Plus is possible using the following standard interfaces: 1.44 MB-3.5" internal floppy drive, USB port, network card, or a RS-232 9-pin D-sub connector.
